...Dr. Javier Solana is a Spaniard and his countrymen (King Juan Carlos and Spain's
Foreign Minister to name a few) are working behind the scenes to mediate Mideast peace. Wouldn't it be timely if comprehensive
peace agreements were reached during Spain's 6-month EU presidency from January 1 to June 30, 2002? If the Peacemaker turns
out to be a Spaniard, the EU could very well say to him "Keep the job on a permanent basis. You earned it." Give this man
the leadership of the EU and he'll think global, i.e., world leader.

22, 1995, I have carefully observed the role that Javier Solana has played. He came to world power in 10 days of November
1995. Those 10 days started with the Socialist, former Marxist concluding a treaty with Israel on behalf of the EU, which
gave him a full power of attorney to do so. He then chaired the Barcelona Conference which was a self-conscious revival of
the old Roman empire. It consisted of 15 European and 12 North African nations, including Israel and the Palestinian Union.
On November 30, 1995, he was unanimously picked to be the new head of NATO. He aspired to be the new head of the European
Union, but he wasn't given that honor. The honor went to Prodi, but the real POWER went to Javier Solana who was made the
total czar of all European military and foreign policy. His enabling resolution, believe it or not, enacted by the WEU, giving
him dictatorial powers to convene the European Council and assume police powers over Europe in the event of an emergency,
using the CIMIC concept (Civilian-Military Cooperation -- as in 'you will cooperate, you will enjoy!) was ASSEMBLY RECOMMENDATION
666. Check it out using Google.com. He headed the Western European Union and still does -- that is your true federation of
10 nations. He is intensely anti-clerical. As far as I know, he has not a religious bone in his body....
Javier was the attributed author of the Israeli Peace Process and he plays that role today. 4) He would
tear and stamp and even make war against the Saints....His number would be 666. That was the number of Solana's empowering
resolution in the WEU and was adopted by the Council of Europe...he is ruthless in his actions and he has now total global
influence, including with USA leaders....
My replyI doubt that he will be the first beast of Rev.
13 or the False Prophet, the second beast of Rev. 13. The Beast and False Prophet are two different men. Rev. 19:20 says,
"THE BEAST was taken, and with him THE FALSE PROPHET that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had
received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These BOTH were cast alive into a lake of fire burning
with brimstone."
The Beast is worshipped. Rev. 13:4 says, "they worshipped the dragon (Satan) which gave power unto
the beast: and THEY WORSHIPPED THE BEAST, saying, Who is like unto the beast? (none is like the Pope) who is able to make
war with him?" Who would make war with the Pope?
The Beast is given power over ALL NATIONS. Rev. 13:7,8 says, "it was given unto him to make war with
the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over ALL KINDREDS, AND TONGUES, AND NATIONS. And all that dwell
upon the earth shall WORSHIP HIM, whose names are NOT written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of
the world." This sounds like he is head of the OWG or UN and the United Religions.
Isa. 9:15 says, "The ancient and honourable, he is the head; and the prophet that teacheth lies, he
is the tail." I think the Tribulation Pope is the ancient and honourable, The Beast. The False Prophet is called the tail,
because he is Satan possessed. Satan is the great red dragon. The Beast is the 6th head of the great red dragon. The False
Prophet is the 7th head. Satan is "the eighth" (Rev. 17:11), i.e., the final tail.
In Rev. 17:10, "there are seven kings: five are fallen, and ONE IS (at the time of the Rapture), and
the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space." The short space is the Great Tribulation (Mt.
24:22), the last 3.5 years of the Tribulation. The 5 heads that have fallen are kings of: (1) Babel, (2) Media-Persia, (3)
Babylon, (4) Greece and (5) Holy Roman Empire. The 6th head is The Beast, head of the Ecclesiastical Holy Roman Empire, the
Pope.
In Rev. 17:14, the Rapture has just taken place. They "that ARE with him (Christ, the Lamb of God)
are called, and chosen, and faithful." Those that are not called, AND chosen, AND faithful are left behind, "And it was given
unto him (The Beast) to make war with the saints" (Tribulation saints) (Rev. 13:7). The False Prophet will also kill saints.
Rev. 13:15 shows that if they don't "worship the image of the beast should be killed." Rev. 12:17 says that the dragon "went
to make war with the remnant of her (Israel's) seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ."
This is Mid-Trib, when the False Prophet becomes Satan-possessed after Satan is cast out of Heaven "into the earth." He "shall
ascend out of the bottomless pit" (Rev. 17:8) and go into the False Prophet, who at that time becomes the 7th head of the
great red dragon.
The title Pontifex Maximus, high priest of the Mystery Religion of Babylon, was on all 5 heads that
have fallen. The title Pontifex Maximus is on the Pope too. He is the present head of the Ecclesiastical Holy Roman Empire.
He is the ONE that IS in command when the Rapture takes place. He opens "his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme
his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven" (Rev. 13:6). He IS in command when the Rapture takes the Bride
of Christ to "dwell in heaven" at the Pre-Trib Rapture. He is left behind, so he blasphemes God and the Bride.
Zech. 5:1-4 says, "I turned, and lifted up mine eyes (looking at the sky), and looked, and behold a
flying roll (flying rolling thing, the binary asteroid of Rev. 8:8,10). And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I answered,
I see a flying roll; the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits (the binary asteroid is twice
as long as it is wide). Then said he unto me, THIS IS THE CURSE that goeth forth (orbits) over the face of the whole earth:
(it was symbolized by the 2 stone tablets in the Ark) for every one that stealeth shall be cut off as on this side according
to it; and every one that sweareth shall be cut off as on that side according to it. I will bring it forth, saith the LORD
of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of THE THIEF (like Judas Iscariot, the False Prophet is a thief. He confiscates
bank accounts when people won't take the mark of the beast), and into the house of HIM THAT SWEARETH FALSELY BY MY NAME (the
Pope, who claims infallibility): and it shall remain in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof
and the stones thereof."
I can't see The Beast being Javier Solana. He "has not a religious bone in his body....He would tear
and stamp and even make war against the Saints....His number would be 666." Javier Solana is not head of the Ecclesiastical
Holy Roman Empire. He is not likely to swear falsely by the Lord's name as the Pope does when he claims to be infallible.The
666 belongs to the False Prophet, not The Beast. Javier Solana is not as likely as the Pope to be called "The ancient and
honourable," as The Beast is in Isa. 9:5.
I can't see the False Prophet being Javier Solana, either. I think he will be a Jew. I can't see Jews
accepting anyone as messiah that is not a Jew. John 5:43 says, "I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another
shall come in his own name, him ye will receive." The Jews are expecting Messiah Ben David. That would have to be a Jew. Agape
