Javier Solana appointed "Foreign Minister" of the EU
Solana, a man that looked incapable of hurting a fly, is the first "High Representative"In April, the Colombian writer Gabriel Garcia Marquez described Solana, the man that assumed the attack to Yugoslavia,
March 24 : "a man that seemed incapable of hurting a fly gave the most shameful order of the century".
Solana is the new
General Secretary 0f the European Council. At the same time he is the first person to occupy a position that was created in
1997, in the Amsterdam Treaty : High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy.
What was the purpose of this new position ?The position was vaguely
formulated : "to support the Council in matters of Foreign and Security Policy, in particular to formulate, prepare and execute
political decisions", "if necessary to conduct the dialog, in the name of the Council, with a third party".
In other words,
the foreign policy competence is no more formally in the hands of each state. Major foreign policy decisions concerning
the EU countries will not have to be taken unanimously. Solana will assume the role required to replace formally this.
Is Solana the right man for the job ?This position is part of the
plan for a one world government and the enslavement of Mankind.
Solana is indeed the right person to occupy the position,
just like Robertson, the british Defense Minister that replaced Solana as NATO secretary general. They both proved they will
do whatever they will be told by the masterminds of the plot, the international bankers, the few ones that own the capital
required to keep the "global village" turning.
Why was this position occupied only now ?During the war against Serbia
this position didn't have to be already filled, because the conspirators knew they had nothing to fear, since all 19 NATO
Governments were under their control. So the farce of decision taking posed no risks :
the mass media pretended there were some differences of opinion among the NATO leaders (a role that
was primarily endorsed by the Italian Massimo d'Alema),
after which the decisions (start bombing, continue bombing non-stop) were unanimously taken.
This
tactic is of course much more efficient in fooling the masses.
But the goal, the occupation of Serbia, is still to be implemented (let's remember this was what NATO
demanded from Serbia, as stated at the Appendix B in the Rambouillet agreement, that the Serbs refused to sign in February
1999).
The conspirators need to act soon, time is running out
they are about to become totally dependent on non-renewable natural resources, more precisely at 2003, according to the Congressional Research Service of the US (1995)
the democratic facade is more and more difficult to keep, as well in the West (Schröder in Germany,
just to name one, lost, in the recent regional elections, half of the votes since he was elected) as in the East (where the
people realize more and more there will no Marshall Plan opening for them the gates of what they imagine the consumer's paradise
would be
